Great location for exploring the city, with easy access to transportation options like cable cars and Uber boats. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive, and the room had a nice view of the waterfront. The room itself was clean, well-furnished, and quiet at night. Plenty of amenities like a TV, ironing board, and a safe. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.
Felt completely welcomed, no complaints whatsoever.

I was pleasantly surprised with my recent stay at Doubletree By Hilton. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, and I especially appreciated the extra cot bed provided for my stay. The staff at the reception were extremely polite and friendly, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The complimentary cookies they offered were a real treat, the best I've ever had! The hotel also had a beautiful dining hall with stunning views outside.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for the event I wanted to attend, with the DLR station just a short walk away. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that I could check in earlier than expected. The room was quiet and clean, providing a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the kettle, tea, and coffee in the room. The traditional English breakfast served at the hotel was excellent, and the welcome cookie was a nice touch.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the location which was very convenient for accessing the airport and other parts of the city. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making sure that my partner and I had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was well-appointed with modern amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar and sitting area. In addition, the staff provided excellent service, including room service, car hire, and dry cleaning.
My experience at this place was great and I recommend it to anyone looking for a quality hotel in this area.

Friendly staff, great breakfast. Beautiful location by the river. Cookies were delicious. Close to O2 arena, with an affordable cable car option. Comfortable rooms.

The location is very convenient as it is close to the city airport and easily accessible via the DLR transport system. It is also within walking distance to the Excel conference centre. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff provided friendly and helpful service. The breakfast options were delicious and satisfying. the hotel offered free parking and had a lovely atmosphere.
